Hello everyone,
I’ve been practicing Tai Chi for a few months now and have noticed significant improvements in my balance, posture, and mental clarity. However, I’m also looking to enhance my overall flexibility and strength. I’ve heard that combining Tai Chi with other forms of exercise can be beneficial, but I’m not sure how to effectively integrate strength training without compromising the flow and mindfulness aspects of Tai Chi.
My questions are:
How can I safely incorporate strength training (e.g., bodyweight exercises or light weightlifting) into my Tai Chi practice without disrupting the balance and fluidity of the movements?
Are there specific exercises that complement Tai Chi in terms of improving flexibility and joint mobility? sprunki phase 5 How often should I alternate between Tai Chi sessions and strength training to ensure both are effective?
I’d really appreciate any insights or personal experiences on how to find a harmonious balance between these practices.
Thanks in advance!
