I was able to figure out the problem. In the home Depot app, if the home Depot card and shopping accounts are linked, it utilizes SSO between the shopping and credit accounts. I think that this is carried out using token authentication, and the traditional authentication (login as well as password) is not working due to. I removed them from the system and now it works.home depot credit card login
