The WestJet Cancellation Policy provides travelers with refund and credit options based on their ticket type. If you cancel within 24 hours of booking and your flight is at least seven days away, you’ll receive a full refund. After 24 hours, Basic fares are non-refundable, while Econo, Premium, and Business fares may allow cancellations with fees. In most cases, passengers receive a WestJet travel credit that can be applied toward future flights. Refundable fares, however, return funds to the original payment method.
