I’m planning to book my next trip with Himalaya Airlines and was thinking about visiting the Himalaya Airlines Kathmandu Office, Nepal for assistance. I know it’s possible to do everything online, but I prefer getting direct help, especially when it comes to clarifying baggage policies, handling schedule changes, or making special requests like seat upgrades.
Has anyone here visited the office recently? I’d love to know if the staff is approachable and if they manage walk-ins efficiently. Do they provide clear updates on flight schedules and help with things like cancellations or group bookings?
For someone like me who values face-to-face service, hearing about your experiences would be really useful. Did you find the support better compared to online processes? Any insights would help me decide whether to head there before finalizing my plans.
