I am currently gathering all the necessary information to understand approximately how long the entire process of obtaining an EB3 visa will take me. Now I have come across such a concept as a visa bulletin and that it must be constantly monitored so that the priority date becomes current. How do I track these priority dates at all?

Have you already applied for an EB3 visa or haven't you even started the process yet? You'd better submit your documents already, because I think you know that it will take at least three years. At first, I also couldn't figure out how to track EB-3 priority dates, but after reading the article on eb3.work, I finally understood how it all works. You need to go to the US State Department website and select the last month and find the column with EB3 and your country. There will be a certain date there, and if this date was before your PERM labor certification submission, then you can start a new stage with adjustment of status or consular processing. I hope I managed to explain it clearly.
