Hey everyone,
I’m thinking about upgrading my ticket with Air India for an upcoming flight and wanted to get some feedback. Has anyone gone through the process of an air india upgrade before? I’m especially interested in how smooth the upgrade experience is—whether it’s better to do it during booking, at check-in, or later using miles.
Also, I’d love to know if the Business Class upgrade really makes a difference in terms of comfort and service compared to Economy. Is the extra cost justified by the amenities and overall experience?
