I recently went to the Jetstar Airways Melbourne Office in Australia to sort out a ticket change and wanted to ask if others had a similar experience. For me, the staff were helpful and handled everything clearly once I reached the counter. The only downside was the waiting time — it took about 30 minutes before my number was called — and the parking around the office wasn’t very convenient.
Despite that, I found the in-person assistance much easier and more reassuring than navigating the issue online or waiting on hold over the phone.
Has anyone else visited recently? Were the staff helpful and efficient? Did you experience long wait times or any other challenges? I’d love to hear your experience.
