I made a mistake when I booked my name incorrectly on a reservation, and the Frontier Airlines Miami Office assisted me in fixing it. It went really well, even though I was expecting a lot of red tape and more fees. My coworker handled it delicately and didn't make me feel horrible about my error. She verified my return flight and double-checked everything, which I appreciated. Such a supportive group. When a business treats you like more than simply a reservation number, it's always pleasant.
