In the past couple of years, we’ve seen MS beam price trend go through several ups and downs. During the post-pandemic recovery period, steel prices rose sharply due to high demand and supply delays. Many builders and suppliers had to deal with unexpected costs.
Since then, prices have seen a slow correction, but they haven’t returned to earlier low levels. These days, prices are somewhat stable but still sensitive to changes in fuel costs, raw material availability, and seasonal demand. Buyers now tend to be more cautious, comparing rates and timing their purchases better.
