Hi everyone,

I’m fairly new to Tai Chi (about 6 months in), and while I’ve made good progress with forms and flow, I constantly hear about the importance of “rooting” — staying grounded and stable. The thing is, I’m not sure I’m feeling or doing it correctly.

How do you personally train rooting in your practice? Are there specific exercises or mental cues that helped you understand or improve your rooting over time?

Appreciate any insights from more experienced practitioners. Thanks in advance!doodle google baseball

The phrase “publish my book” refers to an author’s search for a platform or company to turn their manuscript into a published title, whether through traditional or self-publishing routes. Publish my book
