The Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) of Hong Kong offers a range of funding schemes to support the development of a dynamic and forward-looking financial sector. These schemes focus on fintech, green finance, talent development, and market expansion.
Key programmes include the Pilot Programme for Talent Training, aimed at enhancing skills in asset and wealth management, as well as the insurance sector. The Fintech Proof-of-Concept Subsidy Scheme and the FAST scheme encourage collaboration between fintech firms and financial institutions, allowing for innovation and testing of new technologies.
