I’ve been searching for a premium apartment for end-use, and DLF Arbour Sector 63 keeps popping up in conversations. Visited the site recently, and I must say, it has a very upscale vibe — open, peaceful, and well-planned.

Here’s what stood out to me:

Spacious 4BHK + Utility homes with modern layouts

Only 2 apartments per core, so minimal crowding

Huge 2.9m deep balconies with amazing views

Lavish 3,600+ sq. ft. air-conditioned lobbies

25-acre development with 80% open area – lots of greenery

Advanced security + Seismic Zone V compliant structure

The location is also a big plus — right on Golf Course Extension Road, with great connectivity to schools, hospitals, and commercial hubs. Feels like a perfect blend of privacy, community, and convenience.

I’m leaning toward booking here for self-use rather than investment. Just curious — has anyone here bought for living in, or is it more investor-driven at this stage?
