Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into different towns around the metro Detroit area and Northville Michigan keeps coming up as a really charming place. I’ve driven through a couple times and it definitely has that cozy small town feel but I haven’t spent enough time there to really get a sense of the community.
If you live there (or used to), what do you love about it? Anything you wish you knew before moving? I work from home and I’m also super into home organizing, so things like neighborhood vibes, walkability, local businesses, and how supportive the community is really matter to me. Would really appreciate any real-life experiences—good or bad. Feel free to drop restaurant recs, best neighborhoods, or even what to avoid. Just trying to get a better feel for what day-to-day life is actually like in Northville. Thanks in advance!
