Traveling to Costa Rica from New York was hassle-free with Copa Airlines. The Copa Airlines JFK Terminal was simple to navigate, with good direction and pleasant staff along the way. As soon as I got there, the signs led me to check-in with ease. The queue was long, but the staff kept it under control. I did have a question about upgrading my seats, and the Copa representative gave me the options clearly and slowly. Security process was simple, and I welcomed the attendance of Copa personnel even close to the gates to respond to last-minute inquiries. Terminal facilities were well-kept, such as restrooms and food stops. Boarding was called out in both English and Spanish and conducted in zones to prevent congestion. The entire experience was a testament to professionalism and proper planning. I was made to feel important as a traveler, which is not common at such chaotic airports. Everything from the baggage drop to final boarding was seamless. I’ll absolutely use Copa Airlines again, and their JFK Terminal service has earned my full trust and recommendation.
