Hello, my latest flight with Southwest Airlines NRT Terminal was a pleasure. Check-in counters were simple to locate, and communication was hassle-free with the bilingual employees. I utilized the automated check-in stations, which were quick and responsive. A delight was how spotless and well-lit the terminal was—a true endorsement of Narita's global standards. Boarding gate employees from Southwest were friendly and energetic. Notable was the complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity and plenty of charging points, which enabled me to remain connected and do some work prior to departure. The terminal offered a number of convenience outlets and two quiet seating areas, which were ideal for unwinding prior to the long-haul flight. Boarding was punctual and organized with clear announcements in both languages. It was my first experience with Southwest in an international terminal, and I have to say, they've done an excellent job of incorporating their notoriously warm U.S. style into the Japanese climate.
