The experience of flying with EVA Air from JFK Terminal 1 was a welcome surprise. Despite being one of JFK's older terminals, the Eva Air JFK Terminal provides a more seamless travel experience. From check-in to security, there was clear signage, and the airline's employees were easily found and always willing to assist. There were nice seats and charging stations at the boarding gates. I went to duty-free shops, which offered good selections, because I had time before my trip. Clean restrooms and frequent flight updates were provided. From getting to the terminal to taking off, the whole experience felt relaxed and passenger-centered. International travel is made more dependable and comfortable by EVA Air's presence at JFK. Based on this experience, I would most certainly decide to take another flight on EVA Air from JFK.
