Vidalista 2.5 mg contains Tadalafil, a medication that treats erectile dysfunction by targeting the biochemical pathways involved in erection. One key molecule involved in this process is cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP), a compound that helps relax the smooth muscles in the blood vessels of the penis, allowing increased blood flow and leading to an erection.

Normally, during sexual stimulation, the body releases nitric oxide (NO) in the penis, which stimulates the production of cGMP.
