Traveling with our elderly grandmother can be challenging, but thanks to the outstanding assistance at the Southwest Airlines Houston Office our trip to Denver was seamless. We visited the office a few days before our flight to confirm details, and the staff went above and beyond. They arranged wheelchair assistance, pre-boarding access, and even helped us select seats near the restroom for grandma’s comfort. What truly impressed us was their kindness and respect toward her. They took time to explain everything clearly and even joked with her to make her feel at ease. On the day of travel, everything they promised was in place from the gate attendants to the boarding crew. Our entire family was touched by how well grandma was treated throughout the experience. It’s rare to find this level of personal attention anymore. Southwest Airlines reminded us why family travel doesn’t have to be stressful when you have the right support system.
