The gate agents were super polite and made clear announcements about boarding times and procedures. I even saw them go out of their way to help a couple of older passengers, which was nice to witness. Boarding was smooth, and we took off on time.
Honestly, the United Airlines Los Angeles Terminal experience was so much better than I expected, especially for such a major airport. If you’re flying United from, Terminal 7 makes the whole process feel a bit less stressful. Would definitely recommend arriving early to enjoy the amenities, but even if you’re in a rush, the layout and staff make everything easy to navigate. A solid, reliable terminal all around!
