Duratia 60 mg contains Dapoxetine, a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used primarily to treat premature ejaculation in men. While it is generally well-tolerated, like any medication, it may cause side effects—though serious ones are rare.

Shortness of breath is not a common side effect of Dapoxetine, but it can occur in some individuals, especially if there is an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the drug. Signs of an allergic reaction may include difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, lips, or throat, and hives. In such cases, immediate medical attention is required.

Additionally, Dapoxetine may affect heart rate and blood pressure, which in turn can occasionally lead to sensations of breathlessness, dizziness, or fainting—especially in those with pre-existing heart or lung conditions.

If you experience persistent or severe shortness of breath after taking DURATIA 60 MG, stop using the medication and seek medical help promptly. It may be a sign of an underlying issue or an adverse reaction.

To minimize risks, always use Duratia 60 mg under the supervision of a healthcare provider and report any unusual symptoms promptly, especially if you have cardiovascular or respiratory health concerns.
