I am 8 years old and I am currently in 3rd grade. I live in a small town in the countryside with my parents and my younger brother, Peter. I love going to school and learning new things every day.

My favorite subject in school is English because I find it fun to learn new words and phrases. I also enjoy reading books and watching movies in English. Besides English, I am also good at Math and Science.

During my free time, I like to play with my friends at the park near our house. We often play tag, hide and seek, and jump rope. I also love playing board games with my family, especially Monopoly and Scrabble.

One of my hobbies is drawing. I like to draw animals and nature, and I am quite good at it. My parents always encourage me to keep practicing and they hang my drawings on the wall in our living room.

In the future, I want to become a teacher just like my mom. She is a kindergarten teacher and I always admire how patient and kind she is with her students. I think teaching is a very important job because teachers can help students learn and grow.

I am excited to be in 3rd grade because I will have a lot of new things to learn. My teacher, Mrs. Smith, is very nice and she always makes our lessons interesting. I am also looking forward to making new friends in my class.
