My encounter with Copa Airlines at Terminal 4 at JFK was remarkably seamless. The pre-flight routine is made easier at the Copa Airlines JFK Terminal by the efficient check-in room and friendly staff. The lines were well organized, and I liked the low wait times. Even though the JFK crowds were typical, security also moved swiftly. Once inside, the station had cozy seating and a respectable selection of dining options. Timely announcements in Spanish and English were made by the gate agents, which was beneficial. Boarding was controlled and in order. Copa Airlines produced a positive impression overall by providing prompt service in a crowded terminal. In my experience, this was one of the more laid-back departures from JFK for an overseas flight.
