Hello, My experience was generally smooth when I went to the
Brussels Airlines Banjul Office to change my ticket. The staff was friendly and provided clear explanations of the change process and any relevant fees. Their professionalism and patience, particularly during the review of my new travel options, were appreciated by me. However, the fees for changing my booking were somewhat higher than I had anticipated, which was disappointing. Although the wait was a bit lengthy, I was ultimately content with the successful update of my ticket.
