The Frontier Airlines JFK Terminal check-in process was swift and generally easy. The process was streamlined by the staff's availability to help and the function of the self-service kiosks. But unlike other large terminals, the terminal was devoid of amenities. After security, there weren't many food options and not many seats available. Travelers should expect a basic experience even if Frontier offers inexpensive tickets for a budget airline. If you are traveling with children, make sure to pack entertainment and snacks. Although the staff was polite and the boarding process was orderly, the announcements might be more explicit. If you know what to anticipate, the experience is passable overall: simple and reasonably priced, but devoid of comfort and convenience.
