Hey all, I'm hoping to get some real feedback here. My small dev team has been juggling way too much lately and it's starting to show. We’ve been handling all our QA in-house, but it’s just not sustainable anymore. We’re falling behind on deadlines and missing bugs that shouldn’t be making it to production.
I’ve been seriously considering outsourcing our software testing, but I’ve never done anything like that before. I came across a company called https://testing4success.com/ that looks pretty solid. They seem to focus exclusively on QA and software testing outsourcing services, which is what we need. But I always take websites with a grain of salt until I hear from people who’ve used the service.
So I guess my question is, has anyone here worked with them or used any similar services? Did outsourcing your testing actually help your workflow and product quality? Was communication a challenge?
Would really appreciate any honest thoughts or recommendations. Thanks in advance!
