Our summer family vacation to Paris was made even more enjoyable thanks to the outstanding support we received from the British Airways Skopje Office. We wanted a perfect holiday, and the team there helped us from start to finish. Right from the initial inquiry, the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. They recommended the best travel dates for cost savings, guided us through baggage policies, and even gave us tips for family attractions in Paris. What really stood out was how they treated our children. They gave the kids some BA travel stickers and even arranged for child-friendly meals and early boarding on our flight. Our kids felt like VIPs! They also made sure our seats were all together and helped us use our Executive Club points for a discount on one of the tickets. The level of customer care was outstanding and far beyond what we expected. When we arrived at Skopje Airport, check-in was a breeze. The preparation and attention to detail from the Skopje Office made our journey stress-free and fun. British Airways delivered in the air, but it all started with the incredible team on the ground.
