The Sun Country Airlines JFK Terminal check-in process was shockingly easy. Despite my early arrival and expectations of huge lineups, the process proceeded swiftly because of the helpful staff and effective kiosks. Travelers were greeted by smiling airline staff who were attentive and provided straightforward answers to their inquiries. Everything seemed well-organized and equitable, even with the carry-on size checks. The terminal area was less crowded than other parts of JFK, bright, and simple to use. I was impressed by the staff's selfless assistance to senior customers and families with little children. The start of my journey seemed cozy and welcoming because of this degree of attention to detail. All in all, I had a positive experience with the airline and the terminal staff after I departed the check-in area.
