The national airline of Sri Lanka, SriLankan Airlines, has a significant presence in Colombo through to its city office, which is situated at Level 3, East Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 1. Inquiries about baggage, the flight services, and other customer services, such as reserving tickets and rescheduling flights, are managed efficiently in this office.
