Fildena, commonly used to treat erectile dysfunction, contains sildenafil citrate, the same active ingredient found in Viagra. While it is effective for improving blood flow to the penis, it may cause side effects. Common side effects include headaches, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, and blurred vision. In some cases, Fildena can lead to more serious effects, such as priapism (a painful erection lasting more than 4 hours), sudden vision or hearing loss, or cardiovascular problems like chest pain or irregular heartbeat. Individuals with heart conditions, liver or kidney problems, or those taking certain medications (e.g., nitrates) should avoid using Fildena.
