Hello there! I recently flew out of Southwest Airlines Terminal Boston and was pleasantly surprised. I anticipated chaos—it's a busy airport—but all was smooth. The security line was orderly and moved quickly. The boarding area had ample room to spread out, and I even found a vacant charging dock! I didn't have the opportunity to try out the food options too much, but the overall atmosphere was clean and comfortable. One of the Southwest crew members cracked a joke during boarding, and everyone actually laughed. Little things like that really set the tone for a good flight. I’d definitely fly Southwest from again.
