Our family recently traveled internationally with Qatar Airways, and we had the pleasure of working with the Qatar Airways Chengdu Office which truly elevated our entire travel experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and professional. Planning an overseas trip for our family of five, including two young children and an elderly parent, seemed overwhelming at first. However, the Chengdu team handled everything with care and precision. They assisted us with booking multi-leg flights, ensured we had adjacent seats, and took extra steps to meet dietary and medical requirements for our elderly family members. They also provided detailed guidance on visa requirements, COVID-19 policies, and transit guidelines, which helped us avoid last-minute complications. The team was fluent in both Mandarin and English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. They even followed up before departure to confirm our travel documents and helped us check in early. During a brief delay on our return flight, their quick response and reassurance eased our concerns. We’re deeply grateful for the professionalism and kindness of the Chengdu staff.
