Hello, Based on my experience, when considering is united or delta better, it largely depends on your travel priorities. Delta impressed me with its consistent on-time performance and attentive customer service, especially on domestic routes. Their in-flight entertainment and cabin cleanliness stood out, enhancing the overall travel experience. However, United offered a broader international network and more flexible MileagePlus redemption options, which were advantageous for my overseas trips. While Delta provided a more polished experience domestically, United's global reach and alliance benefits made it preferable for international travel. Ultimately, the choice between United or Delta hinges on whether you prioritize domestic comfort or international connectivity.
