Hi, Tracing with my ageing mother, who is confined to a wheelchair, can get really complicated. Luckily, United Airlines Calgary Office had made life a lot easier. We dropped in a few days prior to flying to Los Angeles, and the agents showed us the whole drill—from setting up wheelchair attendance at both pickup and destination airports to ensuring that we were being seated close to the washroom. They also put additional time into our layover so we wouldn't feel rushed. Their focus on detail and awareness of our needs greatly influenced our travel experience. I couldn't thank the staff enough for treating my mother with respect and compassion. The comfort we felt knowing all arrangements were made in advance made our trip much more enjoyable. This office is the epitome of customer-centered service for travelers with special needs.
