Super Vidalista is a combination medication that contains two active ingredients: Tadalafil (20 mg) — the same active ingredient found in Vidalista, used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Dapoxetine (60 mg) — a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) used to treat premature ejaculation (PE). Because of its dual action — treating both ED and PE — Super Vidalista is effective for men who have both of these conditions simultaneously. However, as with any medication, there are certain people who should avoid taking Super Vidalista or use it with caution. Who Should Avoid Taking Super Vidalista? 1. People Taking Nitrate Medications Super Vidalista contains Tadalafil (a PDE5 inhibitor), which should not be taken with nitrates (commonly used for chest pain or heart conditions). Combining these medications can cause a severe drop in blood pressure, which can be life-threatening. Nitrate medications include: Nitroglycerin Isosorbide dinitrate Isosorbide mononitrate Poppers (recreational drugs containing amyl nitrite or butyl nitrite) 2. People with Severe Heart Conditions Super Vidalista should not be used by individuals who have severe heart conditions, such as: Uncontrolled hypertension (high blood pressure) Low blood pressure Heart attack or stroke in the past 6 months Severe heart disease Heart failure Arrhythmia (irregular heartbeats) Tadalafil can affect blood pressure, so if you have any of these heart conditions, the medication can worsen your situation.
