If you are using a paid account, or you are an AdWords customer 8667191006, or ahosting/cloud customer, then you will have been assigned an account rep, as part of the signup process, and you will have contact information for the account rep.
Otherwise, your “chat” will consist of using the support forms to submit requests, and thensome random person will be assigned your support ticket from the support queue, and they will interact with the ticket contents, and you will be sent an answer.
Can I speak to a live person at Google for help??
