A number of typical problems could be the cause of your Linksys Velop being offline. Your Velop won't connect if your modem doesn't have internet connectivity. Next, confirm that every node is operational and in close proximity to one another. A power outage or firmware update could possibly momentarily break the connection. To refresh the network, restart the Velop nodes and your modem. Check for error messages or offline status on particular nodes using the Linksys app. Usually, reconnecting them via the app fixes the problem. Should your Linksys Velop offline issue continue, attempt to reset the impacted node and re-integrate it into your network. Recurrent offline problems could be a symptom of interference or that the nodes need to be moved for a stronger signal.
