There are certain important guidelines to consider before requesting a refund. If you purchased your ticket directly from Copa Airlines, whether via the contact center, the airport, the mobile app, or any sales office, including the Copa Airlines New York Office you will need to complete the Refund Request Form. If the airline cancels your trip, you can utilize the Claims and Complaints Form to get your money back. If the ticket was purchased through a travel agency, refund claims must be sent directly to them. However, please note that additional services such as seat choice, business class upgrades, or additional checked bags are not refundable.
