Once you've unlocked the company system, start assigning drivers to your extra cars. The base star rating of each vehicle is the only factor that influences how much money your workers will make. Reaching Office Max Level means you now have all eight employee slots unlocked. Now it’s time to turn your taxi business into a well-oiled machine. Upgrade your workers’ Tips stat first—it directly increases income. Only later should you consider improving Experience or Skill so they can handle more advanced vehicles.
