Go to the account recovery part and select Forgot Email address. There is a provision for entering a new email address.
Facebook will request your phone number and a valid government attested document like a passport, national ID, driving license and countless more.
I attempted this with my friend who lost his account in the same manner. He lost his previous phone number, forgot his password and worse still, he forgot the password to his previous email address he registered with because of using the app on his phone being logged in for too long.
So what we did, we went to the recovery area, selected forgot email address and they asked us to enter a new one. (This was more stressing and tougher than it looks but we managed)
