If only Temporary Blocked you'll have to wait until its over then Facebook will allow you back in until then nothing you can do
Also Facebook has no Specific Email Address or Phone Numbers you can reach them through the only way that you can write to them is by going through there Help Center Forms they're not going to Help you though
Because Everything was altered your out of Luck you will need to create a new Account and File your old one as having been Hacked/Stolen
Facebook won't Assist you retrieve your Account Im sorry.
