I previously did low budget promotions for a Facebook Page. On the odd occasion I would occasionally get an opportunity to have an interaction with a human. I even got to speak to one over the phone. If it is that hard to deal with a human as a paying customer, I can't imagine how hard it must be to have a human interaction about a free account. LinkedIn is blocking members without much of a fair exchange.
