Why doesn't my YouTube work on my iPhone?
Make sure you have an active cellular data connection. If you can try turning airplane mode on and then off, or simply restarting the device to drop and reset the connection. And then to see if the YouTube app is barred from accessing cellular data. See your device's settings and select the app permission for YouTube.
