People with heart problems, liver or kidney disease, or those taking medications that interact with tadalafil should consult their doctor before using Vidalista Professional. Vidalista 40 mg should not be taken with nitrate medications, alpha-blockers, or certain blood pressure drugs, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. It should also be avoided if you have certain heart, liver, or kidney conditions unless approved by a doctor.
