1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
2 green chilies (slit)
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves
1/2 cup coconut milk (optional)
2 tablespoons ghee or oil

Step-by-Step Cooking Method

Step 1: Marinating the Fish
Clean the fish fillets and pat them dry.
In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
Coat the fish pieces evenly with the marinade and let them rest for at least 30 minutes.
