If your HP printer works but does not print 1-888-653-7618, here are some basic troubleshooting methods you can do to remedy the problem:
1. Check the printer queue.
Sometimes print jobs become trapped in the printer queue. To check: Navigate to Control Panel (Windows) or System Preferences (Mac). Open Printers and Scanners (or Devices and Printers). Select your HP printer and then check the queue for any print jobs that have become stuck. If you find any, simply cancel them and try printing again.
