Most Photosmart models need you to select a menu or icon from the screen. Other models have buttons that can be pressed.
Use this procedure if you were unable to perform a basic reset.
If your printer does not have a Menu button or option, use the arrow keys to browse to the choice and then press to return to factory default settings.
