Hey, I found that the Spicejet Dubai Office was useful for booking tickets and changing flights. While the wait was a little lengthy, the staff gave clear information regarding flight itineraries, baggage restrictions, and reimbursements. They provided me with excellent assistance when I asked about seat upgrades and extra services. Since the office was conveniently located, it was simple to attend for any travel-related issues. Making a call in advance allowed me to get faster service and avoid huge lines. Although I had a positive experience overall, the response time might be quicker.
