Hello, the Air China Stockholm Office, in my experience, was quite helpful when I had questions about my luggage. The employees helped me file a report and were quick in their response when I had a problem with my luggage. They made sure I received regular updates on the status of my luggage and did it in a professional manner. It was a less stressful experience because of their friendly approach and clear information. Overall, I was pleased by their dedication to effectively handling luggage-related issues.
