My surgeon recommended compression socks, but I’m not sure how effective they are. Did you notice a difference when using them?

Proper blood flow after surgery is crucial for healing and physical therapy Studio City preventing complications like blood clots. Gentle movement, compression garments, and staying hydrated can improve circulation. Prolonged immobility can lead to deep vein thrombosis (DVT), so follow your doctor’s guidelines on activity levels. Medications like blood thinners may also be prescribed to support healthy blood flow during recovery.
