I bought something that had troubles. When my bill arrived, I paid it, assuming things were being worked on. After a few weeks of their tech support attempting to assist me, they stopped returning my emails. I notified my CC. Everything worked out in the end since the seller provided me a working version of the product, so I dismissed the disagreement.
